"I don’t know, maybe I was expecting too..."
I don’t know, maybe I was expecting too much because of all the hype, but it just felt kind of okay to me. The quality wasn’t bad or anything, but for the price, it didn’t really add up

"Nice stuff, but hard to justify the price"
I really wanted to be into Charlie Hustle, and the shirts and sweatshirts are decent enough. Nothing bad really stood out, but once I saw the total with shipping, it kind of changed how I felt about the order. For what you’re getting, it just didn’t feel like the value was there. I don’t mind spending more when something feels worth it, but this didn’t quite get there for me. Probably not something I’d order again.

"Really liked the vibe here"
I stopped in and the first thing I noticed was how cool the store felt. It had a relaxed vibe that made it easy to just look around without feeling rushed. The staff was chill too, which made the whole experience even better.

"Pretty much exactly what I hoped for"
I ordered a shirt from Charlie Hustle the sizing was spot on. I’m usually a medium, and it fit like I expected… not too tight, not all boxy or anything. The fabric feels soft too, which was a nice bonus. I washed it once and didn’t notice any weird shrinking, so that was good. I’d definitely just order my normal size again.

"Exchange was fine, but the communication was disappointing"
The exchange did go through in the end, so I can’t say it was a bad experience overall. But I was disappointed with how long it took to get replies to my return emails. It wasn’t a huge issue, just kind of frustrating and more annoying than it needed to be.

"Nice shirt, but I wanted more transparency"
I ordered from Charlie Hustle mostly because they talk about giving back and supporting charities, which I think is awesome. The shirt itself was good and I don’t really have complaints there. I just wish they were a little more upfront about where the money actually goes, because part of me wonders if the charity angle is doing a lot of the selling without enough details behind it. Overall it was a decent experience, just not one that totally wowed me.

"Wanted to Love It, But Sizes Were Gone"
I’ve been a loyal fan of the brand for a while, so I was excited to grab a tee I really liked. The site itself was easy enough to use and looked fine, but almost every size I needed was sold out. I still like the brand, but it’s frustrating when the good stuff is basically unavailable.

"Just doesn’t feel like KC anymore"
I really wanted to keep liking Charlie Hustle because it’s one of those brands that’s supposed to feel local and KC through and through. But lately it just feels like another expensive brand leaning on Kansas City pride to sell shirts. Come on now, if I’m paying that much, I want it to feel a little more special. Bummed about it and I don’t see myself going back.

"Decent site, but the loading was frustrating"
The site looks nice and I was able to find what I needed easily, so that part was fine. But the pages loaded slow for me, and the slow loading got a little annoying. I kept waiting for pages to open, and then waiting again on the next one. Checkout worked okay, so no big issue there, but the site just felt slow. Not bad overall, just wish it was smoother and not so slow.

"Licensed tee didn’t feel right"
I ordered a licensed shirt, something just felt off when it arrived. The tags and the print didn’t really match up with other official merch I own, so I reached out to support hoping they’d explain it. Instead, I basically had to sit around and be patient while getting vague answers that didn’t clear anything up. Frustrating. I wouldn’t buy licensed items from here again

"I really liked the design and…"
I really liked the design and fit when I first got it, and it looked good on. But after a few washes, the shirt started looking worn out. The print faded faster than I expected, and the fabric got kinda thin. For the price, I thought it would last a bit longer. It’s not terrible or anything, just disappointing in terms of durability.

"Shipping took longer than expected"
The order itself was fine once it finally showed up, but the shipping was really slow. The tracking barely updated the whole time, so I kept checking and not really knowing where it was. I get delays happen, but when there’s no update for days, it just kind of makes you wonder..

"Not really my go-to for a gift"
i mean, the shirt was okay, but I wouldn’t say it was the best gift choice. The design looked really cool online, but the sizing felt a little off once it arrived, which made giving it as a gift kind of awkward. Shipping was fine, no issues there, but for the price I just expected it to feel a bit more special. I probably wouldn’t buy this as a gift again

"Cool Style, Website Could Be Smoother"
I’m definitely into the overall vibe of Charlie Hustle. The shirts have that vintage, sporty look that feels easy to wear and still stands out. The site looks decent, and the colors and product photos do a good job showing everything off. That said, a few pages felt a little busy, and I had to click around more than I expected to find what I wanted. Overall, it’s a solid experience, but the browsing could be a bit cleaner

"Shirt was fine, packaging was a little underwhelming"
i mean, my order showed up totally fine and the shirt wasn’t damaged or anything. It was just folded in a plain mailer and came out a little wrinkled, so the packaging felt kind of basic. Not a huge deal, but for the price I guess I expected it to feel a bit nicer.

"So... I got a tee from Charlie…"
So... I got a tee from Charlie Hustle it’s really soft. It fits nicely and was comfy enough to wear all day. I’m taking off one star because the shipping felt a little slow, but the shirt itself is great
